Examination!!! x(

Examinations. Tests. Two words capable of sending a shiver down any regular student's spine. We all hate them. But there's no escaping from it.The worst thing about exams for me is telling my Mom that the time-table has been put up. Even on normal days, she-- like all other moms-- has to yell at me to study. And I-- like all my peers-- don't do so.

But as soon as she learns about the time-table, BAM! She is somebody else. No computer, no games, nothing. Only studies. Or atleast in my case my Mom telling me to study. Like all others, I don't do so till the very last day. But in those hours of wasting time while pretending to study, an  interesting change comes over us. We are like a blind man seeing the world for the first time. Who knew how interesting the shadows the swaying curtains made could be? Look at that ant crossing the floor!

Not to mention the damn bed whose softness increases each passing moment and it develops its own gravitational field! We study, we mug and cram formulas, dates, geographical factors into our brain well beyond its holding capacity. And the day of the examination finally dawns. As I think of it, my hair stands on end and I remember the famous lines spoken by Theoden on the Pelennor Fields:
Arise, students of doom! Pens shall be shaken, pencils shall be splintered, an exam-day, a test day, Ere the sun rises!!! Ride now, ride for exams and the world's ending!!

Who can forget the last minute mugging, or the scramble to look at even a sentence in a book shared by three! If it's your lucky day, you may end the exam in high spirits. If not, well most of us know that horrible feeling. Finally they conclude.

And we are free! Free as a bird. Yet all the things we longed to do have lost their appeal now. The cycle ride in the evening and enjoying the weather all seem too boring. And then cometh the results.

Shock, disbelief surrounds us, for good or worse. These feelings are common to good as well as, umm... not so good results. We vow to study better next time. To take things seriously. And then repeat the cycle all over again!!

(A.N.- If this post seems too exaggerated, well then, whatever. I made it so. And it might not be as good as the previous ones. But it's better than not writing at all!!)

the blog examination is well written nd described in HD tats good…but i dont like this view regarding exams..the negative view..well…its ur personal opinion…i cant argue it..but as a blog, its well written, well described..but keep in mind, the thoughts too…these thoughts are common in students…they all like it as its thier own personal experience..but then, there shud be a point in the blog which is written on stone..like its permanent…u might not hav taken this into ur mind as u were writing this for the majority of students who have same view, but whn u write for 1000′s try to cover the best opinion..

good, not as good as the rest though . i know why you are writing these blogs , so i dont really care much about content right now , you know whether they are appropriate or not , i look for those small things that makes a reader keep going ( it’s not just humour ) . i know u might like making subtle funny remarks on people , wisecracks and all , but should u choose writing as a profession dont go shoving humour in every niche and corner u find even though u can (and i know u can ) for example : Sachin (yeah i said my prayers ) doesn’t go hitting fours and sixes on every ball he finds , so does that mean he isn’t talented enough and he can’t do it ? of course not ! he waits for right time and when he finally hits them we are like ” kya maara he !!!!!! ” . make ur readers enjoy ur content and ur skill and your humour should be like a treat now and then , give them too much of it and they won’t value it as much . percy jackson
made me laugh ? yes ! Harry Potter ? yes ! did percy jackson ever made me cry ? never ! Harry Potter ? yes a bit (not cry really , but made my eyes bit watery ) i am not saying crying is a good thing I LOATHE it ! but that shows ur intimacy towards the book . i dont know if u woud agree but rick isn’t JKR ! doesn’t matter how much i enjoy visualising OLYMPUS , HOGWARTS would be closest to my heart and i would always quote a Dumbledore rather than Chiron ( percy jackson series doesn’t even have a heart touching quote anyway ! see what i mean , humor isn’t the only thing ! ) anyways lots said ! i too might have exaggerated a bit but i hope i have conveyed what i wanted to say ,which i ‘m not so sure of ! i never can convey what i feel ( Fatal Flaw ? yep maybe ) but then again, i am not the writer , U ARE ! ……… hell it went too long !!!

whooaaaa.!this was great..u almost expressed the grief’s and the worries inflicted to an individual during the xams..this is what i go through generally…i am surprised as people kinda criticizing it.. this was realistic expression to manifest signals one generates during the phase(xams)..anywyass good work…there alwayss a scope of improvement…cheeers….
